RC2000 ROLLS CRUSHER
A rugged, low maintenance mid-range secondary crusher designed for rapid, controlled size reduction of various sample types. The RC2000 is the smaller of the two Essa model rolls crushers and is ideally suited to laboratory applications.
- Ease of installation: compact floor mount standalone configuration with small footprint.

- Improved quality: contra-rotating rolls produce material with a tight size envelope containing a minimum of fines. This results in consistent quality, accurate size distribution and reduced dust generation.

- Enhanced operator safety: feed hopper fitted with mesh guarding to prevent hands entering crushing chamber. A dust extraction point removes airborne dust improving the operating environment and reducing sample contamination.

- Increased availability: one roll is designed with a heavy duty spring mount to protect against uncrushable material entering between the rolls.

- Ready to go: fitted with control box featuring simple stop/start button and motor protection.

- High level motor protection: two IP65 rated electric motors are totally protected against dust ingress and against low pressure water jets from any direction.

- Ergonomically designed: mounted on a sturdy floor stand the crusher is fitted with a feed hopper and easily accessible aluminium sample drawer

- Reduced operating/spares cost: easily replaceable steel roll shells and side plates.

- Versatility of use: plain or toothed rolls suit a range of feed materials.
